Quality Policy

The prime objective of D.C.M Line Boring cc is to provide a product and service of a standard that satisfies the continuous needs and expexpectations of its customers.

As Managing Member of D.C.M Line Boring cc I am fully committed to ensure that the stated level of performance is, where possible, continuously improved. Therefore a quality management system has been implemented and will be maintained in accordance witht the latest version of SABS ISO 9001.

To satisfy the requirements of the quality management system, the following cornerstone policies have been instituted:
  • That all employees shall demonstrate their commitment to quality through the adherence to policies and procedures contained with the quality management system manual.
  • That it is the responsibility of management to ensure that the requirements of the quality management system are understood at all levels of employment throughout the company.
  • That, at all times, customer requirements are clearly defined, understood and satisfied.
  • That techniques and methodologies applied are expressly aimed at the prevention of non-conformance and continuous improvement
  • That the quality management will be regularly audited and reviewed to ensure its continued suitability and effectiveness.
Environmental Policy

D.C.M. Line Boring is committed to satisfying the needs of our customers and consumers in an environment responsible manner. Achieving this through regular and continuous improvement of our environmental performance.

As a responsible citizen, D.C.M. Line Boring will take active part in protecting the health and safety of its employees, which is demonstrated through:
  • Working in cooperation with relevant government departments, members of
    industry, suppliers and customers, promoting high environmental standards in all aspects of our business.
  • Formal information and communication sessions, on a regular basis, with
    interested and effective parties.
  • Using legislative requirements as a minimum guideline to promote continual improvement towards environmental responsible compliance.
  • Setting of annual objectives and targets, which will be tested and reviewed regularly to ensure improvement, progress, compliance to legislation, other requirements and this policy.
  • Ensuring that measures are taken and implemented, to minimise the impact on the environment of our products and services, thereby promoting sustainable development and prevention of pollution.
  • Promoting employee and personal environmental awareness by suitable training.
  • Encouraging our suppliers to develop environmentally superior processes and products that will improve overall environmental performance
Health & Safety Policy

D.C.M. Line Boring is committed the health and safety needs of our employees and meeting the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, as applicable, in a responsible manner. Achieving this through regular and continuous improvement of our health and safety performance.

As a responsible citizen, D.C.M. Line Boring will take active part in protecting the health and safety of its employees, which is demonstrated through:
  • Working in cooperation with relevant government departments, members of industry, and unions to promoting high health and safety standards in all aspects of our business
  • Formal information and communication sessions, on a regular basis, with employees by means of formal safety meetings
  • Using legislative requirements as a minimum standard to promote continual improvement towards health and safety compliance
  • Setting of annual objectives and targets, which will be tested and reviewed regularly to ensure improvement, progress, compliance to legislation, other requirements and this policy
  • Ensuring that measures are taken and implemented, to minimise the impact on the health and safety of our employees, thereby promoting sustainable development and prevention of accidents
